(Greensboro, NC – September 17, 2009) – Premier Commercial Bank is raising its presence in the High Point banking market to a new level.  Premier has begun construction on a loan production office located in Eastchester Park Commons at 1380 Eastchester Drive, with plans to open the office in mid-October.
